APOSS – S.S.C & Intermediate courses – Admissions for the year 2022- 23- Enrolment Drive and One Day Orientation Programme –Certain Instructions – Issued – Regarding.

The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers in the State is invited to the reference 1st cited, wherein the admission schedule for admissions into S.S.C & Intermediate courses of APOSS for the year 2022-
23 was communicated and it is proposed to organize the One day Orientation Programme and Enrolment Drive.
Further, it is informed that, to conduct the Orientation Programme with the A.I Coordinators/Head Masters/ Principals of Institutions and feld
functionaries/ Dy.Eos /Lecturers of I.A.S.E, C.T.E / D.I.E.T / RIOs / D.E.Os /Principals of Jr. Colleges and MEOs,AMOs(Urdu) & ALSCs of SSA to get them acquainted with the Admission process of S.S.C & Intermediate courses for the year 2022-23.The activities to be taken up during the Orientation Programme are
detailed below:

APOSS – S.S.C & Intermediate courses Orientation Programme Details

• Organization of rally with all A.I Coordinators, feld ofcers,
community/voluntary organizations and all the participants.
• Distribution of prospectus (SSC & Intermediate), Sticker Posters and
Pamphlets.
• Printing of Flexi Banner (4’X2’ size) and distribution to all the AI
Coordinators. Budget is released for printing of Flexi Banners basing on the Io. of A.I. Centers in the District concerned.
• Training on online admission process and responsibilities of AI Coordinators in providing guidance to the learners, making use of AIlogins with the help of SMS/OTP, Online confrmation of Admission with reference to original certifcates of the learners (Supply a copy
of Admission guidelines to all the participants).
• Fixation of Accredited Institution-wise enrollment targets for SSC &
Intermediate course respectively with reference to District
enrollment targets to be communicated.
• Documentation of the entire programme in a CD with a minimum of
10 photographs and video clippings right from conduct of rally,
meeting, lunch, distribution of material and media
clippings(Print/Electronic).
It is further submitted that the enrolment drive programme is
proposed day-wise action plan is as follows:

7	07.09.2022	Field Visits and Sensitization programmes in Uncovered Mandals/ Mandals with low enrolment.

Enrollment Drive

Further more, the District Educational Ofcers are requested to
instruct the District Coordinators to properly document the entire
programme of the enrolment drive. Each District coordinator should
upload/ paste the photos taken during the enrolment drive, visit to ofces
and meetings. A minimum of 3 photographs should be taken and uploaded along with the media clippings. An amount of Rs.40,000/-(Rupees forty
thousand only) per District will be released towards charges like District
level orientation program, Enrolment drive etc.,
Therefore, all the District Educational Ofcers in the State are
requested to take immediate steps for the successful conduct of One day
Orientation Programme and enrolment drive as per given schedule. They
are also requested to inform the AI Coordinators of Junior Colleges to
submit the regular frst and second year intermediate nominal rolls
(April/May, 2022) & Renewal of regular recognition order copy for the
renewal of Study Centers during 2022-23 and also submit the High School recognition copy ((2022-23) along with SSC Iominal Roll May-2022 for SSC Course.
The District Educational Ofcers in the State also requested to
process a fle to the District Collectors concerned to address letters to the Superintendent of Police, C.E.O, Z.P, Project Directors, DRDA, I.C.D.S,MEPMA, DWAMA, D.M.H.O and D.D Adult Education, APCs of APSS, District Labor Ofcers for their involvement in enrolment Drive.

All the District Educational Ofcers in the State are here by informed that the notifcation for admission into S.S.C & Intermediate courses of
A.P.O.S.S for the year 2022-23 is issued as detailed below:

Therefore, all the District Educational Ofcers and District
Coordinators in the State are requested to issue Press/Media Note in their
respective Districts for wide publicity among the learners and public so as
to reach every nook and corner of the District with regard to Admissions
into S.S.C & Intermediate courses of A.P.O.S.S for the Year 2022-23 and
submit the press clippings to this ofce.
The Director,AP Open School Society,Guntur is pleased to sanction
an amount of Rs.10,40,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakhs Forty thousand
only) @ Rs.40,000/- per each District towards vehicle hiring charges for
enrollment drive,for posters, banners and to conduct one day orientation
program to all the District Educational Ofcers in the State.
Therefore, the Accounts Ofcer of this ofce is requested to release
an amount of Rs.10,40,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakhs Forty thousand only) to all the District Educational Ofcers from Intermediate Student
Fee Account of APOSS, Guntur.
They are requested to submit the details of Accounts along with
Vouchers/Bills and Utilization Certifcates for the grant now released and submit compliance to the undersigned in the matter.
